 Universal Release Method Lesson - Your Release Questions 

Lesson 3.

Now that you know what release work is, what an issue is, what an item is, and what a rundown is, let's take a look at the release questions that help you release your issues and items.

Here are your Release Questions

There are 2 basic versions.

First we have the version of questions that have a blank.

You fill in the blank with your specificly worded item.

And below this, we have the Universal AUDIO Script with "your item"

Along with the text script.

You can change the order around if you like, although I highly recommend you ask the first few questions in the sequence given below.

Just determine your item and plug it into the blanks, then start answering the questions, until you can let it go, feel a release, realize something new about the subject and no longer be hanging onto or experiencing (feeling, believing, etc.) the item.

This is version 2 of the script.

The audio you can be using right away if you have your item in mind.

I highly recommend you learn a  little bit more about how to choose your items and how to release them before starting.

And the text script you can plug into a text reader and create your own audio.

This is a universal release technique - 
Let's begin.
Choose the item you would like to address and write it down, or make a mental note of it.  This way all the questions below will refer to the thing you want to release, as "your item".

In this way you can use this audio to release all kinds of items.
Please note the format used as regards word endings.
Make the wording of your items begin with the i n g ending.  
Examples are feeling, believing, or wanting whatever. 
Any other verb forms that also have the i n g ending can be used as the first word in your items descriptive phrase.  Example.  caring too much, hating arrogant people, eating too much, etc.
You can also put the word "Not", in front of your i n g word, and release "not feeling good", not caring enough, not loving my life, etc.
Following this format will ensure that all the questions make sense, grammatically speaking.
Find a comfortable place to sit or lay down and just relax, breathe easy and answer the following questions once you have decided on the wording of your item.
Just click pause after each question.  Answer the question (or pass on it if you don't like it).
Only do this process until you experience a sense of release and have a realization about yourself, life or the issue being addressed.  Do not try to answer all the questions, as that is not the point.  The point of so many questions is so that you will have them if you need them, to help you release your item.
If you sense or feel or otherwise become aware of a deeper related item, that you feel or think needs to be released first, before your item will release, then by all means, shift immediately to your deeper item.  It is quite usual for us to become aware of a deeper item, and it is quite usual for the wording of the current item to change as you do release work on it.  If the wording changes, just go with the new wording.  If you've noticed the wording changed, you can restart with the first question, or you can simply continue with whatever question you are on.
